2.1 Remote control hardware configuration


T30 is a single soldier hand-held data transmission monitoring system which integrates remote control, data transmission and ground station. T30 inherits the characteristics of T21, such as high integration, small size, convenient operation, multi-channel adjustable, double S-bus output, etc. Compared with T21, the computer performance configuration has been greatly improved. The circuit design of the remote controller has been optimized. The number of channels has increased from 16 to 23, and the data transmission anti-interference power supply has also been improved. Each channel of T30 double S-bus can be mapped randomly in 8 analog channels, 6 three gear switches and 9 keys. T30 operates in 840mhz, 915MHz, 1.4GHz, 2.3-2.5ghz frequency band, and can provide stable data transmission at a distance of 3-30km according to different versions and environments. It is widely used in the field of control and data transmission of industrial UAV.

2.3  Shockproof, bumpproof, long battery life


UAVs fly in uneven mountains, forests, lakes or deserts. The environment is generally poor. As a ground station, it not only needs to adapt to the complex environment in the field, but also has a long battery life of 6 hours (one battery) to ensure the stability and uninterrupted transmission of data.


2.4 Ground station software function


Function of the software: the flight data can be monitored in real time by an aircraft, including the current position, flight angle, flight direction, flight attitude, flight altitude, battery power and other important flight data information transmitted back to the ground station. The control radius is 60km, and the maximum transmission distance is 60km.


Out of control protection function: it can be set that the aircraft will return automatically after the ground station and the aircraft lose the signal.


Function support: it can control the aircraft and hangar in real time, and the ground station can watch the video transmitted by the aircraft in real time; a variety of 3 dimensional maps and 2 dimensional maps can be selected to provide a variety of choices for route planning; the ground station can monitor and protect the UAV in real time, and can set fault protection such as voltage and signal disconnection.

3.2.1 Explain


     The 30 times double light tracking pod integrates visible light and infrared light imagers to realize different imaging modes in different environments and weather conditions, and can be photographed day and night; at the same time, the pod integrates image processing module, which can achieve additional functions such as target tracking, target locking, automatic temperature warning, infrared temperature measurement, etc;


      The pod system has the following advantages: small volume and light weight; four three-axis gyroscopes are built in, 12 axis redundancy algorithm is stable design, fast disassembly and replacement is supported, infrared thermal imager 640x480 resolution thermal imager configuration, temperature measurement function, integrated tracking, identification and automatic early warning module.

四. V12 wireless HD image transmission

4.1 Performance specification


V12 is the second generation of wireless high-definition image transmission developed by our company. Advanced technologies such as h.265 video codec and COFDM digital modulation are used to overcome technical problems such as poor signal and unstable communication effect of wireless image transmission system under analog technology and conventional modulation technology, which can realize real-time transmission of high-definition video image under high-speed motion.


V12 has many video input interfaces such as HDMI/AV and network ports, which can be compatible with more video sources. It also supports simultaneous interpreting of multiple video sources in TDMA mode, making UAV "more eyes on the world".


V12 wireless high-definition image transmission optimizes the video coding and decoding in depth, bringing ultra-low delay transmission effect and different user experience to UAV. The transmission distance is 10-50km, which is widely used in mapping, patrol inspection and other industrial UAV application scenarios.

五. D04 double link data transmission

   

5.1 D04 data transmission introduction

D04 dual link radio is a data link transmission equipment that can transmit at most two independent S-bus data and one serial port data at the same time. The original remote control signal at the ground end can be enhanced and sent to the airborne end together with the serial port signal. It is mainly used to solve the problems of remote control signal and data transmission signal with short transmission distance and low transmission quality. Inheriting the characteristics of D03, such as small volume, good integration and high sensitivity, the ground terminal is upgraded and optimized. The internal integrated wireless network module (WiFi or ble can be selected according to the demand), users can choose to transmit data signals to D04 through wireless network or USB data line, and the stable coverage of wireless network can reach 30-50m without interference. D04 works in 840mhz ~ 915hz frequency band, and the communication distance can reach 30km.
